Erin Waldhart
Executive Director
Erin Waldhart, started as Executive Director in August 2012. She brings to the organization the knowledge of non-profit management as well as the passion to fight hunger issues. Erin has spent the last 22 years working in the non-profit sector, 17 of which have been focused on food insecurity. She can be reached at waferdirector@waferlacrosse.org. Laurie Sullivan
Operations Manager
Laurie Sullivan began her role as Operations Manager in June 2023. Feeling called by God to do pantry work, Laurie has a great passion for addressing food insecurity, both at the ground level and through systemic change. Laurie credits those she has worked with and those she has served in pantries in Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin for fueling that passion. Laurie has worked in various positions in a variety of non-profit organizations and brings those experiences to WAFER. She can be contacted at operations@waferlacrosse.org.
