With over 22 years of nonprofit leadership—including 20 dedicated to addressing food insecurity—Erin Waldhart has guided WAFER Food Pantry since 2012 with a steadfast commitment to dignity, equity, accessibility, and community collaboration. Her passion for fighting hunger is matched by a strategic vision that has expanded WAFER’s reach and deepened its impact across La Crosse County.
