Erin Waldhart
Executive Director
Erin Waldhart brings more than 22 years of nonprofit experience to WAFER, including 19 focused on food insecurity. Since stepping into the Executive Director role in 2012, she’s led the organization with a deep commitment to dignity, equity, accessibility, and community collaboration. Her passion for fighting hunger is matched by a vision that has helped expand WAFER’s reach and impact across La Crosse County.

Laurie Sullivan
Operations Manager
Laurie Sullivan began her role as Operations Manager in June 2023. Feeling called by God to do pantry work, Laurie has a great passion for addressing food insecurity, both at the ground level and through systemic change. Laurie credits those she has worked with and those she has served in pantries in Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin for fueling that passion. Laurie has worked in various positions in a variety of non-profit organizations and brings those experiences to WAFER. She can be contacted at operations@waferlacrosse.org.
