With over 22 years of nonprofit leadership—including 19 dedicated to addressing food insecurity—Erin Waldhart has guided WAFER Food Pantry since 2012 with a steadfast commitment to dignity, equity, accessibility, and community collaboration. Her passion for fighting hunger is matched by a strategic vision that has expanded WAFER’s reach and deepened its impact across La Crosse County.

Laurie Sullivan
Operations Manager
Laurie Sullivan began her role as Operations Manager in June 2023. Feeling called by God to do pantry work, Laurie has a great passion for addressing food insecurity, both at the ground level and through systemic change. Laurie credits those she has worked with and those she has served in pantries in Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin for fueling that passion. Laurie has worked in various positions in a variety of non-profit organizations and brings those experiences to WAFER. She can be contacted at operations@waferlacrosse.org.
